3/19/00 - S.G. 996. Rough Flavor. Added Oak Shavings. With 2 Cups Clear Apple Juice.
3/28/00 - S.G. 992. Rough Flavor.
4/25/00 - S.G. 992. No visible ferment. Not clearing. Does not smell to good. This wine is questionable.
