jf rossi has been immersed in the computer industry as both a professional and hobbyist since 1978. during his career, his capabilities as a programmer have expanded into the areas of project administration and management, systems & process engineering, quality assurance, graphic design, training and technical writing.

currently specializing in the healthcare industry, he manages corporate intranets, designs web sites and is active as project manager directing specialized improvement and design projects.

he has been awarded undergraduate level degrees in business administration and organizational management and holds a masters degree in business administration.
